Introducing Grandom, a truly exceptional apple cider brandy, crafted with care in Queensland, Australia. This unique spirit begins its journey with apples sourced from the renowned Granite Belt, a region known for its fertile granite soils, reminiscent of Normandy's terroir. A blend of carefully selected apple varieties—Kanzi, Gala, Pink Lady, and Granny Smith—are expertly pressed into cider by Sunshine Coast Cider before being distilled at Kitty Hawk Distillery in Brisbane, making it a genuine South East Queensland creation.

Inspired by the makers of Calvados, Grandom undergoes a meticulous maturation process. The eau de vie is initially aged in lightly toasted new French oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop its character and complexity. It is then transferred to six-year-old Cognac barrels, where it rests to further refine its depth and smoothness.

With its careful aging process, Grandom celebrates the essence of its region. The influence of the Granite Belt’s distinct climate and soil profile shines through, delivering a brandy that’s as distinctive as it is refined. Bottled in traditional Calvados-style bottles from Saverglass, Grandom is a limited-edition treasure, reflecting the craftsmanship and heritage of its makers.
